M68 account agreement
Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-23-v4 · Effective October 23, 2026
Please read these terms before continuing with M68. You can return to this page at any time. Updated wording is highlighted below.
Who may use M68
M68 is a free service for adults who care for or support families. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you create or manage a family profile, you confirm that you are authorized to share that family’s information and to decide who may join its support circle.
One account may have more than one role. Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Families lead their support circles
Families choose whom to invite or approve. A family code lets someone ask to connect; it does not grant access automatically. Families may end a connection, and volunteers may step away and request to reconnect later.
UpdatedWhen you connect with a church through M68, the church manages which advocates are assigned to support your family.
Only share information about a child or family that you have authority to share. Use first names or nicknames for children. Do not post confidential case details, identifying documents, or photos of children unless you have the required permissions and M68 specifically supports that use.
Needs and volunteer commitments
A need is either Unclaimed or Claimed. Claiming means that a person has accepted a commitment; M68 does not verify or label whether help was delivered. If your plans change, release a claim when possible and coordinate directly with the family about anything already promised.
M68 helps people coordinate support, but it does not guarantee that a need will be claimed or that help will arrive, and it does not screen volunteers. Families decide whom to connect with. Churches may screen and refer volunteers through their own processes outside M68.
Respect and safety
Use M68 to support families with kindness and respect. Do not harass anyone, impersonate someone, misuse a family code, seek information you are not authorized to see, or post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
M68 is not an emergency service. For an immediate safety or medical emergency, call local emergency services. Use your usual direct contact methods for urgent practical coordination.
Information and communications
M68 uses account, family, contact, need, prayer, and connection information to provide the service. Information a family shares with its approved circle can be visible to connected volunteers and advocates as needed for support. Treat that information as private and do not share it outside the circle without permission.
Messages from M68 do not replace direct coordination when plans change.
Email Communications
By creating an M68 account, you consent to receive emails as part of your participation in M68. These include emails from M68 and messages sent through M68 by administrators and your connected families and advocates. Emails may include, but are not limited to, account notices, notifications, reminders, weekly summaries, gratitude messages, devotionals, prayers, and encouragement.
These communications are part of M68’s faith-based mission and coordination of family support.
Changes and access
We may update these Terms as M68 develops. When a new version requires acceptance, you will be asked to review and agree before continuing. M68 keeps a record of the version and time of your acceptance.
We may restrict access or remove content when needed to protect families, the service, or other users. You may stop using M68 by signing out; contact us for help with your account or information.
